Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 2026. Applies to starion.site and to Starion AI's services.

1. Who we are

Starion AI (“we”, “us”) is founded by Piyanshu Singh and operates at starion.site. Contact: piyanshusingh2007@gmail.com or +91 9990688580.

For visitors to this website and prospective clients we are the data controller. When we build a system such as a chatbot or booking flow for a client, the client is the controller of its customers' data and Starion AI acts as a data processor on the client's instructions.

2. Data we collect

Enquiries and bookings: name, email, company, phone number and your message when you use our contact form, email us or book a call through Calendly.

Client systems: only the details end users voluntarily give a system we have built (for example a name, contact details and appointment preference in a chatbot). We do not ask for payment card numbers, national ID numbers or medical records through our systems.

Website usage: this site does not use advertising trackers. Our host and third-party embeds (Google Fonts, Calendly) may log technical data such as your IP address.

3. Why we use it (lawful bases)

  • Legitimate interests: replying to enquiries, running demos and keeping our services secure.
  • Contract: setting up and operating a service you have bought.
  • Consent: where you ask to be contacted or opt in to updates; you can withdraw at any time.

4. Sharing and transfers

We never sell personal data. We share it only with tools needed to deliver our service (for example hosting, email, Google Workspace, Calendly and automation platforms) under appropriate terms. Our team is based in India, so data may be processed outside the UK/EU; where required we rely on appropriate safeguards.

5. Retention

Enquiry details are kept only as long as needed to respond and to maintain our business relationship, then deleted or anonymised. Client system data is kept for the period set out in the client agreement.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under UK GDPR, EU GDPR and India's DPDP Act) you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict processing, or withdraw consent. UK residents may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
